Streaming on Twitch but with Major Lag

I have started streaming this game with twitch and no matter what source I use to display the game I get major lag, I can stream all my other games fine apart from this one, I want the game to look as good as possible and I doubt my computer is the problem as I can stream more powerful games with this setup.

Here is my setup:
Asus Maximus Hero X Mobo, i5-8600k OC to 5.1ghz, 16gb DDR4 3600mhz RAM, Nvidia 1060 6GB (I think that's all you need to know)

I am displaying my game at 1920x1080 but outputting at 1280x720 and 3500kbps on SLOBS

Game is running either on High or medium but both settings do the same lag problems.

Can someone please help me fix this, it was fine before I formatted my PC (but I was forced to) and so I am running a fresh version of Windows 10, Fully updated

What is your internet speed?

I think hes talking about lag on his PC, rather than the people watching, so i doubt his internet speed would interfere with anything his side if you get me. Does it lag without streaming or even with lowered stream settings? If it still does lag, without streaming, then its a whole LIST of possible things it might be. If it lags with streaming even at lowest settings, then its something to do with that. Do you use an overlay? If so disable one by one, i.e. camera, chat, etc. You may find one is the issue.

Report back what you have tried and any other info you can think of and someone will try help more. ;)

Basically what is happening is when I am streaming with obs/streamlabs obs my fps drops to the point where it lags in the stream, I have reinstalled my PC and now I have a fresh copy (it was due a reinstall anyways) so I guess I will find out later

my internet is 80 down and 15 up
