Is there any way to clean polluted water in waterskin?

I know the pot can collect and purify water when boiled. But is there any way that I can purify the water in the waterskin? So far, I can only do it from the turtle water collector.

If you've filled the skin with polluted water there's no way to clean that water. All you can do is refill the skin from a clean source; A pot or water collector, and that will refill it with fresh water instead of the polluted.
