Can you not build seating on a raft boat?

Seems kind of silly, that you can't build a bench or chair on the raft boat. Yet, you can build a fire, stick holder and such. Is this possible?

Sadly no, i was thinking the exact same thing when i first was trying to build on it.
On the Large Raft its mostly ment to get your supplies to the island you're staying.
There is plenty of space to build log, rock and stick holders on the raft.
You cannot sleep or save, unless you build a bed, that's what you can build on it.

I got myself a Boat House, but also limited of what you can build in/on it, almost the very same as the large raft, only a bed and fire.

You can put a chair or a bone chair on the house boats. You can put a bed on the house boat and you can put stick or log holders on the smaller rafts. But only one of them.

The houseboat can be all that you technically use. When you build a bed on it you can sleep and save and the creatures never touch you but a shark might pop through the floor if you aren't careful.

You cant put a chair on a house boat I have tried
