Yes. A lot. You can make bone arrows, bone armor, bone furniture and a lot more if you burn them. Also, skull lamps, ceiling lamps and chandeliers never go out. Even in rain.

They go hostile no matter what you do....

Started a vegetarian mode game (they only come out at night).
