Start or load a game single player or multiplayer and once sthrough the intro scene (press 'F1' again to hide the text box if you want to skip the intro scene).
Open the text box with 'F1' if you closed it and type in the text box 'buildhack on' then press the 'enter' key.
Then all you need to do is once you place a blueprint is hold the 'E' key until the build is completed.
It can be switched off again once you are done by entering 'buildhack off' in the text box.
'F1' will open and close the text box at any time.
Alternatively you could complete the game to unlock creative mode.
side note 'godmode on' is fun if you want to go on a cannibal and mutant killing rampage and not risk dying :P
