(Spoilers) Unlocking Creative Mode

I heard you can unlock this if you complete the game. I did the 'emergency shutdown' ending but there is no option for the creative mode in the main menu. I read about how the other ending has a cutscene so you know the story is really finished but once I burned the photo and went into the yacht bed room it seems I can keep playing indefinitely. I am wondering if this ending counts for creative mode to unlock.

The „plain crash” ending giving options to creative mode,this is The End,other „♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥” dont even give you achievment End Game.
