Practical Caver Location

Anyone know where the Practical Cver magazine is in the most recent version of the game? Used to be behind a wooden wall in Cave 2, where the wiki and mpa say it is, but it is not any longer. Last note I need for journal if anyone knows where it is, I would really appreciate it.
