Removed paints, flintlock and toy from crafting achievement and replaced with other craftable items

the orange and blue paint have indeed been removed from the game. (the flintlock and toy have only been removed from the "crafty" achievement requirements but are still in game) although apparently if you already had a painted weapon from an earlier save the color remains, at least for now. my plane axe in my sp game is still blue.
