No, no. Its not the achievement. Its the gamemode, by typing in veganmode on the menu screen it should convert to "Forest an open world adventure" and it is not currently doing that. I don't care about the achievement, I just don't want to deal with cannibals until I have my base built up.
Great thanks, but that doesn't actually answer my query about whether or not "veganmode" is still an option.
Ack, I'm worried they might have removed it while preparing to launch. I really hope not, I don't like the irreversible nature of peaceful mode!
But now everytime we try to play our previous MP game save, it's stuck in veganmode as well and we can no longer toggle meatmode on/off! So if you were in veganmode before the last update, it seems like you're stuck in it!
Okay, so the menu no longer changes but the code is still in effect? That's good to know! I don't have my walls around my base yet, and I don't want the cannibals to see me chop down all those trees haha
Yes! Its working again. So when you turn on the game, while on the title screen, just type veganmode and the game will not have cannibals unless you type meatmode. Its very nice to get a feel for the game, I'm currently testing out different types of bases and buildings so veganmode is a must.
