What to do next? I mean how do i advance the story?

I completed this tasks at the moment:

Explore dead cave
Explore hanging cave
Explore sumerged cave
Explore lawyers cave
Explore chasm cave
Explore sinkhole cave
Explore ledge cave
Explore waterfall cave
I have not completed "Find Timmy" and "Find the missing plane passengers"
I dont want to go to the wiki cause of spoilers and stuff so if anyone could help me with a lil hint of what to do next?

i guess you can do the achievements it good for more progression , find all thngs build home hunt , hang heads , its endless . imo , only have find timmy to do now built church etc got chased by the sausage monster , off one tree point , slidinn down the big hole and lived ,, love turtle shells for running away

With submerged cave (rebreather), Lawyers cave (keycard), and ledge cave (climbing pick), you should have all the items that are actually required to continue the story. Most likely you overlooked the next section at the very bottom of the sinkhole. In the river down there is another cave entrance within the water that will require the rebreather to access, the climbing axe to traverse, and the keycard to access the final story area. While I won't spoil anything beyond that but I will advise that you prepare yourself as it would be the endgame area.

For the passengers, there are some caves missing from your list and there are some passengers scattered around the surface of the map so i can't really tell you where you would need to go exactly to finish that one, but finishing the passenger list is not actually required to complete the story nor does it change anything regarding the ending.

thanks! indeed i saw a under water entrance at the bottom of the sinkhole but i didnt get in cause i ran out of food and water and medicine and stuff.

I forgot about that underwater cave cause right now im in a severe drought and can't do as much exploring as usual cause i ran out of water easily so i been doing other things while the rain returns

The old pot can store and boil pond water, combining two deer skin and a rope can make the waterskin to hold water when you do have it, and if you ever find yourself still unable to bring enough water for the caves, sodas are awesome. There's a bunch of soda crates in the main village and in a couple of the other caves if you ever need to restock. There is also the option of combining two rabbit fur to make a berry pouch. It can hold 30 of each kind of berry, the blackberries and blueberries restore a small amount of food, water, and energy so they are surprisingly useful in caves.
