do the different cannibal screams have a meaning?

like all the forest players know, there are many kind of screams in the forest. but my question is, do they have a meaning? Like there is a short scream who repeats itself constantly, and i think that scream is to call other cannibals to the cannibaal who is screaming. Did you guys ever thought about this?

Ehh...that's what it's SUPPOSED to be, but sometimes you murder every other cannibal except for one and they start calling for more, and you're just like: "dude...I just slaughtered everyone; there is nobody coming to help you"
So I feel like the screams ARE SUPPOSED to mean different things; but they don't always use them correctly

Also I've been collecting audio samples of the female cannibals really weird eerie yelping call, they seem to do it pretty rarely, not exactly sure what the trigger is
