Any way to increase fps?
As the title says, without lowering my res is thier a way i can get more fps? Ive turned off just about everything like AO, etc. and i still get 10 to 20 fps on a gtx 960. Is thier a config file im not seeing, i usually just tweak the games config file and get it to the fps i like but i cant seem to find it and everything online just says things i already know/have already done

I use a gtx 650 and i can get really good fps.
Maybe your processor or ram memory is not enough

AMD 8350 and 8gb ram should be enough

With 1080p Resolution and everything set to medium/normal i get ~48 fps with my GTX 750 Ti , 8 GB System Ram.
You don't need 16 GB .
As you probly know the only way (apart from lowering your resolution) to gain more fps in a game is to turn all posts processing effects off (bloom, particle effect e.c.t) turn grass and everything down to as low as you can (or as low as you can handle) and just don't have anything on or high that you really don't need (e.g ide rather have 5 more fps than something stupid like motion blur) , and as always try and end every process your computer is running while your playing the game ( the more ram and processor you can dedicate to the game the better.)

Hopefully this might give u a bit more fps just turn every single thing down to the lowest setting or off and add them back on or a little higher one by one and you will soon find what options are killing your fps and what settings to lower to gain the verrucas most pfs you can get
(in some cases I've found even 5-10 more fps helps sometimes)

Gl and enjoy this fantastic game

I have done this, im the same way, id rather have more fps than eye candy so things like AO, MB, grass, etc. are either off or low. I have a decent system and my net is just fine. This is a clean install of windows with the basics, no anti virus even. Idk whats going on, i get 20 fps avg and lucky if it hits 30, vsync is off cause i have a 144hz monitor. I guess i can try setting it to high in my cpu for this game but i usually close everything/dont have much running anyways when i game

So if i change to intel and still have issues then what? See this is why i dont like saying my specs cause you get the trolls that know nothing about pc hardware and they just give you the "well you need better specs" bs

What res and settings and fps?

I get about 20 to 30 fps on 1080p with everything on the lowest settings or turned off and i have the same specs, drivers are fine, etc.

You said you have a basic install of windows, did you install your motherboard/video drivers?
