One scene (corpse hanging at a rope) is some kind of easteregg from the movies
instead of mutants though it has ghosts of the dead or something like that
it's on netflix now (uk)
yeah, i like it too.
the second one (the Descent 2) is also good
thats true. most of them just where cannon fodder without doing or even improvising anything to this new situation
It's got Antonio Banderas. He's dreamy.
I am reminded of the scene near the end where they escape the cave through the water without knowning for sure if they'll be able to hold their breath long enough to get out.
I was not able to hold my breath long enough...
Like some others have mentioned though, this game is actually based on Cannibal Holocaust (effigies/camera crew story basically ripped directly from it) and The Descent (Climbing axe is exact same design, idea for cave creatures)
That movie has absolutely NO correlation to the game other than in name only.
idk if there is a posting from the devs about what did inspire them but it does give the player a "The Descent" feeling- if you've watched the movie.
