Ruins the immersion and makes me want to retroactively unpurchase the game.
Just stop playing.
Either the dev will remove the insane system, make it more user-friendly and logical, or they won't. In either case you lose by trying to sort it out as the system stands.
It's simply not fun.
Also currently you can't check if you are doing good or bad because the arrows sindicating good/bad dissapeared somewhere.
Weight is trollolo for sure :D Eating only snacks, drinking soda and I can't get higher than 202 ;-;
Actually it's strange/confusing when you start new game and you manage to make it "impossible to go lower than 210/higher no matter how many days of starvation passed"
Myself I have totally ignored the diet and strength increase, (50+ days still only 20 strength) because in current state it takes all the fun of the game.
If you chop 100 trees on 1st day then you will have to do the 10 without chopping to stop the strength decreasing.
But that's just my theory I can't check it because I prefer to chop trees with explosives or dynamites :D Cave 1 and Cave 2 have endless resupply of those, other players use chainsaw too.
Nothing in the game forces you to diet. It's a small bonus for those who do.
Right now poisoning is not very dangerous unlike in real life.
