However, my athleticism score does increase with physical activity though. So I guess that part is still working well nonetheless.
I cut down around 300 trees last night while eating properly, 2.2 meals a day etc and my strength did not increase but decreased more to 10 but I then ate all 12 of my snack bars at once and my weight got an up arrow as did my strength so clearly it seems you can't have a low weight and high strength which is kind of strange.
Will continue checking if my strength goes up as my weight does.

The guide I wrote is based on the developers comments posted here along with some extra advice that I aquired through testing.
IMO the system needs some adjustments which I have mentioned in multiple threads and the survival book needs to give some basic information on how dieting works in the game.
