you better simply place "stick-marker" at hot spots, so you can find thouse places really easy since there will show up a HUD-icon like the log shled has
Additionally you can press F1 to bring up the developer console, in the top left. Once there you can type a number of commands into it, including the command ‘goto’. It can be used like this:
‘goto <x, y, z>'
Ensure they are separated by commas.
If you want to teleport into a cave make sure you are already in one. Same thing for the surface. This’ll allow for you to avoid some rather annoying glitches.
The developer console has many inputable commands as previously mentioned, if you would like to learn more about them, look up ‘The Forest console commands’. There are more than a few guides about this topic.

I haven’t personally tried it without commas recently, so you are probably correct, I can edit the original comment if you’d like.
