Glass shards

Where do i find the glass shards that you can upgrade your weapon with?
I've been playing for some time now and I've never had glass.

you don't use actual glass, you use the bottles of booze and tree sap. works really well when used with a blue upgraded rock!

So i can just combine the booze+tree sap with my weapons?
I feel so stupid now :D

yeah, i'm not sure if it works with all of them. But thats what I use on my rock. Huge damage, it can take out a big grey it 2-3 swings.
