I can't use the climbing axe?

I try to use the climbing axe which I just found but i dont know how, if I have equipped it the symbol didnt appear without the axe it appears like an the Picture :/

Negative.. after the patch. many walls dont allow climb.

only few walls posible.

Hold it like a weapon, you use E to latch onto the walls, but only certain walls. The walls the climbing axe can cut into look different, they're a lighter shade

I try it the whole time at all walls where I found the climbing axe but nothing happens with and without the climbing axe.

This is the wall where I found the axe and there I can#t use it

I just closed the game yet because I saved, before I go into the cave, at home
