How to raise sanity?
All in the title. I've mapped out half of the cave systems. How do I raise it and what are the effects of low sanity?

Currently it doesn't make any difference.. yet.

Stop eating all that cannibal meat, build a lil shack on an island and forget there are mutants out there that want to eat you.

Sleep. Lack of sleep lowers sanity the most.
