I think the game could really do with some randomization in cave enemies. You know like, a handful of different sets of possible enemies in each location with the idea that during the later days the number and difficulty of enemy will be increased. You go in the first day, and there might be two skinnies, you go in the 2nd day and it's empty, you go in day 10 and there's an armsy, day 20 there's 4 cross covered cannibals.
Overall I think there is too much predictability in the game's current state. After 30+ (probably an exaggeration) hours you basically know everything to expect in all areas.
In CAVEs as Elipse said, no... once killed they stay dead.
But, sometimes I find one or two cannibals have respawned in cavern 2, so be alert.
They used to all respawn and then they killed it because of all the whiny ass babies.
Last statement is so true.
