1. Pick up dress boxes in story mode or challenge mode.
2. Reward as experience level up in challenge mode.
3. Complete challenge mode.

The clothes will only be saved under these condition:
1. Save it in storage box
2. Complete the challenge mode
3. Wearing when you die

you can also leave the mission as well and it will save with what you have on.

best thing to unlock clothes in the story mode is to save before you open the clothes boxes as it is random with what you get. after you open it just exit to the main menu and go to jodis office and place the clothes in the box. the just load your save and rinse/repeat till you have everything from that box.

the only outfit that is time consuming is the Kpop as you only get it by beating the hanger which even on easy can take 20-30 mins a run. its also random on the 3 rewards for the outfit so you may get multiple runs of the same rewards dropping.
