Shower Faucet

I turn the faucet on but only a little bit of water comes out, how to fix?

I have also turned on the faucet underground in the small room and it doesn't fix

You need to find a red card. Its somewhere nearby.

After you press button and escape from the red door room by blowing the ground.
Go to the opposite room on the ground "水泵房" with just unlocked.
Use valve at the end of room to pump water.
And then there will be event with lots of zombie to fight.
After that take a wash.

So then maybe a bug?
You may try loading an earlier save to do it again.
