Game will not launch

So I just finished installing Injustice on Steam, but anytime when I click "Play" and then "play Injustice" literally nothing happens. It says the usual "First time setup" stuff But the game doesn't actually launch. The other option is after hitting play is "Launcher". That also shows the usual "First time setup" messages only this time a message pops up saying "Failed to start game, unknown error". I even tried verifying the integrity of the game cache, but that hasn;t actually changed anything, quite simply neither the game nor launcher will start. Please help!

Same boat. Game will not launch for me. This happened to me after the latest patch. NO idea why.

SAME HERE, just bought the game and i CAN´L LAUNCH IT, i get to the game screen and when i press start the single player, the game shows the loading screen - then turns black and all i hear is music in the background for 20 seconds and then it freezes - i have got gaming notebook - everything else works in Steam perfectly, Windows 8.1 64bit + Gtx 680M graphics card, please help

Ah....I think I realised the problem...game only runs on 64 bit machines....I only have 34 bit...

Are you sure?

Store page says:

Minimum:
OS: 32-bit Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Vista

Of course if you are on XP it wouldn't be supported but even then it might still work. Just WB may not help with any troubleshooting!

My PC is 64 bit and I can't run it. It ran fine before the first patch.

Reduce the quality of the shadows.

If it still runs slow, create a profile for the game in the NVidia software and force it to use the 680M. Sometimes games will use the onboard video by default.

If it still runs slow after that force vsync off in your video card software.

Go to , C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Injustice , (In place of User will be your PC name)
(If you cant see the Appdata folder try to enable hidden files and system folders)
Open the Options.ini file you see in the folder.
and change it entirely or partially as follows. Enjoy the game.

Hello,

I've tried mostly "everything" and i can't play. "Failed to start game, unknown error". It's really frustrating... Reinstall, purge, update drivers, update VRedist, DirectX, Framework, scan virus, with or without antivirus, change antivirus, change Steam language, copy .ini from here to game, delete cache, etc.

I face exactly the same problem with Warhammer DoW II + expansions, never managed to play it. All other games are doing fine.

Win7 64 Bits
CPU G3420 @3,20 GHz
GPU AMD Radeon R7 200 series @2GHz DirectX11
RAM 8 Go

Someone has a magic solution ?
