Mobile version unlocks not showing up in PC version

Ive got the PC and android versions of the game, ive unlocked a couple skins in the mobile version (GL and Bane) that should appear in the PC version but they don't, ive used the same WBID for both games, is there an issue with these things carrying over?

I was gonna buy a couple of cards in the mobile version to unlock the Batman Beyond and Arkham Harley skins but if they are not transferring then its a waste of money

This has been an issue since 2013. I doubt they will ever fix it at this point. It's been a problem with consoles too if you search the internet and see the reports.

And if you call, all they say is it's a known issue but there is no ETA on a fix. But after 2 years of this, I don't see it ever being fixed.

hmm, shame, all i wanted was the Arkham City Harley skin..its annoying as the stuff you can unlock for the mobile game (using the PC version) works, I have a GL skins unlocked

Damn, I was actually enjoying the mobile game too. Wasted opportunity cos there's still a reasonable community...

Posting the response I got from the support team.

We are sorry for the inconvenience in this matter, but this is now a known issue with the console not linking up correctly with the mobile devices. The developers are currently working on a fix for this issue. Unfortunately, we do not have any information on a time frame when this will be done.

Login with [e-mail], pw: 12345a

If it doesn't show the unlocks straight away, back out to the main menu once it confirms that it's linked (you may have to wait 5ish mins I hear but mine was almost instant), then go back to the link WBID area and hit 'Skip', it should now show up.

*Be sure to relink your own account so this account can then be used by someone else/to be sure your own progress is recorded if they ever get the system fixed and if it doesn't let you login straight away it's probably being used so just try again later.*

I've been playing the mobile game with my WBID linked and some rewards show you in the game, not others. I got the Flash New 52 skin from the site, and I got Green Lantern New 52 from the mobile game, both unlocked fine. I unlocked Black Adam New 52 Skin and it didn't show up in the game for some reason. I will try and unlock what I can and then just stop playing the game, i'm not going to put any real money into it though the game does give in game coins for unlocking things though i'm not sure that the time/payoff is worth it.

There doesn't seem to be a problem with things going the other way (meeting PC requirements and then them showing up in the mobile). However some mobile unlocks ask that you complete certain challenges in the PC game, though because the challenges aren't always available and i'm guessing most people have moved over to Injustice 2 now, there are not even a lot of people to fight.

Hope that helps anyone who comes across the mobile game and is looking for some help. Would be cool if this thread could be a sticky one.
