Is it worth it for the single player?

I'm not really a competitive fighting game player. I don't care about going online against random people for e-peen.

Generally when I get fighting games (like the latest Mortal Kombat) I just play through solo, and sometimes against friends when they're over.

Is this game a good deal for that?

I finished the single player campaign yesterday. The story is more like your typical DC cartoon episodes, good but nothing epic. If you want to you could read the Injustice comics to give you more depth to the story before playing the game.

The single player campaign is less than two hours, but will vary depending on how you suceed. I think that at it's current price it's a fair purchase, but it's up to you ultimately if you wish to buy this.
