Xbox 360 Controller
Does the game work with the controller? If so how well is the button layout? Does it play smooth?

Yes, it works fine. The button layout is fine as well, and even if it isn't, you can remap any button in the game.

I bought the xbox control just to be able to play this game and it was worth it

It work just the way it would on the 360. A lot of games do this now.

How DO you connect the Xbox controller to it? and connect it back to your Xbox?

I used the Wireless Controller and it worked perfectly.

If you have a wired controller you can just plug it into your pc. It should download all the drivers for it on its own.

For a wireless controller you will need an adapter to use it. Plug and play cables will not work.
