An icon should be easy enough to find on the web.
I do it all the time when I don't like the icon it comes with.
I'm asking how to change the icon.
Right click on the icon, click Properties, click Change Icon.
It will probably take you to the default Windows icons but you can look anywhere else you might have some. The only icon in the actual Injustice folder is that round one you want to change.
If you want a different icon that is game specific, you'll have to go online and find one. Or you can just look for a DC icon, but again, you'll have to go online to find one.
What you said only works with non-Steam games in the Steam library. This is a Steam game.
Exactly as I described. And I assure you, this is a Steam game.

That's not in the Steam library. That's a shortcut.
