Yeah but the other games still have more cutscenes and audio.
If that's true, given this example I think we should stop ranting at Ubisoft and others for bad optimization. At least on the HDD side. XD
Yes, but many other games also contain massive cutscenes, and they don't take as much.
I'm just gonna assume ♥♥♥♥ compressing at this point then. :/

If you guys could help me before I make this purchase, I'd appreciate it.
boooooo
and the more or less problem is its not even working well- stuttering as hell savegame issues loading crashes etc. support shows me the "get lost" finger but i only bought it for 14 and not for the full price... and its my own fault i should not buy it in the first.
So 20gb is not this huge depending on
games of today with uncompressed Textures etc.
As someone who had nearly every AC game even the broken ones...
i can tell the simple mobile port version for pc AC Liberation had 17gb.
Brotherhood special editon 30gb
syndicate 40gb
Thief 4 took 40gb
MKX 60gb for nearly nothing
Batman AK over 70gb depending if you got the dlcs
Wolfenstein TNO had 30gb unkompressed Textures as i said...
even the older games went nuts, nearly 50gb for crysis 3....
older games were more compressed because they were on cdroms or- dvds
now you got blu rays and on demand download and way larger harddrives
so they can put the games nearly uncompressed on the discs and drives.
And it depends how lazy the studios are too.
I got all the AC's too. (HUGE FANBOY) But you have to put ACU in perspective. It's a TOO SCALE MODEL OF PARIS AT THE TIME, (buildings not all exactly the same, but the city its-self is the same size as IRL at the time) and 2 in 3 buildings are enterable without loading screens.
