Why no fatalities and heroic brutalities?
In mortal kombat vs doc universe they had heroic brutalities which I liked pulling off and were fun to watch ^^. Why aren't there any in this game?

Because people wanted a game like Mortal Kombat but not as much blood and gore. Having both I appreciate this, also if you read superhero comics, there is definetly nothing like fatalities in them so it wouldn't be realistic. Especially considering most of the members of the Justice League especially Batman don't kill.

Simple. 'Cause it's not Mortal Kombat vs DC Comics.

I'm pretty sure Superman breaks that rule all the time

Yeah they dont kill thats why instead they had heroic brutalities instead... Only the DC villians and mortal kombat characters kill.

Joker's victory cutscene is basically a fatality.

The super moves are massively superior to MKvsDC's Fatalities and Heroic Brutalities, and feel more appropiate for the superhero genre.

Attacking an opponent who can't fight back doesn't really feel appropiate for the DC heroes anyway, so the heroic brutalities just felt out of place as well.

One thing I haven't seen talked about is the sheer amount of enviromental damage. Aside from how much more people get thrown into objects compared to MK, powerful blows send out shockwaves that cause the background to collapse, which is perfect for superheroes, and gives the action a sense of energy that MKvsDC lacked.

In the Injustice series, I'd say that Netherrealm have done a pretty good job of making the violence feel more appropiate to a superhero setting, taking out the gore without being dull.
