PC Controls? Help?

I can press the spacebar to enter the game but I can't actually do anything because none of the controls to respond to the Flash skin offer work and there's no mouse. Is there a way to get around that? I don't care how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the mouse and keyboard controls are, I just want them to work. I've verified the local files, restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing's helping. Has anyone gotten around this issue before?

What worked for me was:

Launch game
Don't press space, and a demo fight will start to play
While the demo fight is playing, press G
It should now give you the option to accept or decline with G and J instead of 4 and 6
The whole game uses keyboard controls to navigate, WADS and G and J. It's very strange to get used to at first.

Hands down, this game has the stupidest controls I've ever seen.
4 and 6? G and J? What the hell man?
