I got hacked and customer service denied me of any help
I was hacked on January 3, 2024 when I discovered I was logged out and couldn't put the right password anymore. I quickly submitted an inquiry in hopes of retrieving it. I believe that the earlier I tried to resolve the issue, the better the results will be. But it turned out to be inquiries after an inquiry and on my 5th try, after submitting every information regarding the account and screenshots to prove ownership, I got denied and they stated that they could no longer provide any further assistance and without elaborating any further on why they aren't able anymore, they stopped replying to the original email address.

Looks like the account that was hacked is still for sale. I am tempted to buy what was stolen from me and it is completely bullcr4p.

Most people, if hacked, have zero recourse. From what I understand, you need to know the model number and more, for every device you've ever accessed the account from to verify it's you. Which is an INSANE requirement for a lot of people. In the 9 years I've played this game, I've accessed it from at least 9 phones. I don't know/remember the exact model or phone number for the majority of them. So I'd be straight SoL in your situation, don't buy your own account back though. That sting would never go away and would ruin the game for you imo.

when you got a new account or your old account back try to enable only log in through google or apple id, so you always got 2fa and no one can easily get into your account

and i got an acc stolen too and you literally can not expect help i provided all information and filled out the form correctly and nothing happend maybe they're just lazy

They stated in their last reply that they are not responsible for any stolen/hacked accounts yet the problem here is their security system because the hacker did not even access the original email address so I think I am just going to give up this fight. :/

This is so sad. I gave all of the device IDs and these devices are still present, yet they still couldn't prove that the account was mine. I do not even bring my phone outside to play their game either. What i do not have is the email address I used to download/purchase from google play because when the account was made, it was way back 2014 whereas logging in on gplay was not required and that I am just f2p. They no longer reply to me.

It was an old account that I just happen to play again on 2020 and I only log in thru hive and because I was carefree, I did not even bother to update the original email address. And I think you were also right about them being lazy.

I started playing in late 2014, and in 2017 I took a break. A LONG break. I had two accounts when I stopped. Once was C3, one was F3. The C3 account had nearly a full pokedex other than LDs, and the F3 account had a ton of choice pve mons but not much else going for it. Anyways, when I remembered the game in 2021 and decided to get back into it, I found that my C3 account had been hacked. It wasn't in use, but I couldn't log in and when I visited it from the F3 account I could tell someone had messed with my islands.

Anyways, I just made the F3 account my "main". Even attempting to get the better account back was a lost cause based on what I've heard from others in similar situations. I'm telling you all this to point out that the C3 account that got hacked was actually the more "secure" of the two. It was linked/verified through an email. Had a secondary password. All of that. It still got hacked. The F3 on the other hand didn't have ANY of that. It wasn't verified. Had no secondary password. Just the basic Hive login and nothing else. And it was perfectly fine for 4 years without my attention.

unfortunately, after they replied to you that they could no longer help you, that would be your final inquiry because if you send another one with the same email address, they are just going to reply the same thing stating that they are no longer able to help you. Even if you inquire about something else, as long as you use that same email address. It is like they have blocked you. So there really is no hope and just give them a bad review.
