and i got an acc stolen too and you literally can not expect help i provided all information and filled out the form correctly and nothing happend maybe they're just lazy
They stated in their last reply that they are not responsible for any stolen/hacked accounts yet the problem here is their security system because the hacker did not even access the original email address so I think I am just going to give up this fight. :/
This is so sad. I gave all of the device IDs and these devices are still present, yet they still couldn't prove that the account was mine. I do not even bring my phone outside to play their game either. What i do not have is the email address I used to download/purchase from google play because when the account was made, it was way back 2014 whereas logging in on gplay was not required and that I am just f2p. They no longer reply to me.
It was an old account that I just happen to play again on 2020 and I only log in thru hive and because I was carefree, I did not even bother to update the original email address. And I think you were also right about them being lazy.
Anyways, I just made the F3 account my "main". Even attempting to get the better account back was a lost cause based on what I've heard from others in similar situations. I'm telling you all this to point out that the C3 account that got hacked was actually the more "secure" of the two. It was linked/verified through an email. Had a secondary password. All of that. It still got hacked. The F3 on the other hand didn't have ANY of that. It wasn't verified. Had no secondary password. Just the basic Hive login and nothing else. And it was perfectly fine for 4 years without my attention.

scum2us are known to be grossly incompetent, one of them will eventually restore your access
unfortunately, after they replied to you that they could no longer help you, that would be your final inquiry because if you send another one with the same email address, they are just going to reply the same thing stating that they are no longer able to help you. Even if you inquire about something else, as long as you use that same email address. It is like they have blocked you. So there really is no hope and just give them a bad review.
