Failed to connect to network error started today - reinstalled still dont work

been using the STEAM client since it was released no real issues other than some crashes sometimes. today it just doesnt work at all. always get "failed to connect to network pls try again later" at the launch screen. reinstalled still same issue. guess back to my phone i guess for now until tits gets fixed

Had it for months now , no clue how to fix it tried a vpn , tried fixing files n ♥♥♥♥ nothing works
