It's quite honestly what Portal Strike SHOULD'VE been. Non-Throne Butt Portal Strike is really weak.

i think they accidently switched the throne butt with one of the ultra mutations, probably not but that''s what would make the most sense.

Rouge is basically queen of explosions now, I really like the throne butt and I think her ultras should simply be adjusted. I think A is a good ultra, if it drops at a rate of what I think, and B seems ok but it could have some additional benefit like continuous explosions.
