Crown of Curses is nice because it lets you get higher-level weapons and, through owning a cursed weapon, also lets you access the non-cursed caves for three chances at a higher-level weapon (large cursed chest) as well as a lot of extra rads (non-cursed caves give lots of rads).
Crown of Blood will increase the amount of rads that you get per level and will also improve the ammo efficiency of many weapons (you'll generate more ammo packs per shot), but of course you have to deal with the increased difficulty of having way more enemies shooting at you.
If you've used Crown of Blood and gotten your Ultra mutation before the vault in 5-2, you can get in there and take the Crown of Destiny to get one free random mutation at no cost. Potentially very very nice to have one more mutation than normal.
Crown of Haste is good with a melee build and/or if you have Plutonium Hunger so that you can get the drops before they disappear. But Fish typically doesn't suffer from ammo problems, so here it'd be mostly for the +1 value to med packs.
Crown of Guns is interesting. It's mostly hilarious with Heavy Heart Robot. You'd think it's stupid on Fish because it nullifies Fish's passive, but it does work on ammoless melee builds, which Fish can pull off thanks to his Guitar. Also lets you obtain the Gun Gun if you don't have it yet.
Crown of Protection is kind of OK because its drawback is relatively mild. You won't get ammo from new weapons, you'll get one HP instead. Could save your life, and Fish doesn't usually need extra ammo.
Why not just unlock all the interesting-sounding ones and then trying them out?
