Is this $30 on the PS4

Don't have a PS4 yet, but planning on buying one soon. From watching videos this game looks better to play on consoles than PC. Unless there is a video showing PC controls.

I have been assured that the game is developed with M&K in mind as well as a controler, Game play looks great a lot better than the horrible Of Orcs and Men where Styx first came to life. It's Pre-Order is a reasonable price even if the total hours of play time is low it looks like a plesent Single Player game.

There is no release date for the PS4 as far as I have found and I would have loved to have seen it on the Console first but it appears PC will have it first of all. I could not guess at the cost of the PS4 version perhaps a similar price to Thief?

On their official website it says October for Steam, but "coming soon" for the PS4 and Xbone (which could mean anywhere from weeks to months). It also says that it is a digital download so I wouldn't expect it to be any more expensive on the consoles than on PC.

While I do have a PS4, I think this is better to get on the PC. Their videos show a distinct lack of antialiasing, and on the PC there are ways to deal with that using things like Sweetfx (which can also make the textures look sharper, and adjust the contrast curve and color saturation too).

Why buy it on console when the game supposedly supports gamepads, meaning the exact same button layout as on consoles, with the same input device? Does it really matter if you play it on a Playstation using your gamepad, or a PC using the same gamepad?

I guess, I probably prefer to play on a 46 inch tv, than my 23 inch monitor. I know you can hook the PC to the TV, but they are in seperate rooms.
