Styx: Master of Shadows

Do you need to kill?
If it is an RPG then perhaps it can be played without murder. I would like that.

Yes.

Your main character is a drugged-out goblin who hates humans and needs to feed his addiction.

You can finish the game without killing anyone (except for few case related to an objective). Killing nobody is also an optional objective that will give you some extra XP.

Aoineko, can you please answer the following questions, as they have been asked a couple of times by different people:

How long is the game with all the exploring and side-questing? How are the M+K controls and key bindings?

Why would you not kill people?
Sim Sep 13, 2014 @ 12:43pm

Oh, killing people in a game makes you a bad person....
Really, tell me why you would not kill people...

Because I don't want to. Personality wise I feel compelled towards being merciful. And besides, why would I want to kill police and guards? Are they evil?

Yes, they're evil.
Is there a reason why I say so? No.
End of discussion? Yes.

If I can avoid murder in a game then I will. Just the way I am. As crazy as that is for a gamer.

It's not crazy, it's absolutely understandable.
Not killing tends to be more fun since you actually have to think and it makes for a much more fun challenge than "hey go kill that dude".

Because its not a "Stealth Game" if you need to kill a lot of enemys to progress, i always love to get "Ghost" achievements in sneaking games, besides, its more challenging. :B1:

Are there any nonleathal tools/weapons to subdue NPCs?
