Imagine SOMA, but with cheap jumpscares. I enjoyed it, but there were jumpscares almost every 30 seconds! I guess one unique thing about it is how you can change the settings on your flashlight/drone. Standard/Narrow/Wide, these are the settings you have for the drone, and I like it very much! There was only one chase sequence in the entire prologue, and no, it wasn't used in the end, it was used in the middle of it. It would've been better to have one at the end, so tension builds up and ends off with a great scare. There are objectives, but it's mostly fetch quests, but of course, every horror game has those.

It's a solid 7/10 for me, there could've been less cheap jumpscares. Overall, not a bad horror game

I'm giving this game a thumbs up, but with criticism.

It really p!ssed me off getting stuck after arriving at the station and not being able to progress because the two side doors under where the computer was would not open. I didn't realize you had to literally smush your character right up against the door to get it to work. I was looking for something to click on. I know this sounds petty, but it had me going in circles and stuck to the point where I had to Youtube a walkthrough to see what I was doing wrong.

Now that we have the negative part out of the way, let me go on to say that the graphics are excellent, the plot is very interesting, plenty of spooky moments, and the puzzles were challenging but not impossible. Well done in that aspect.

I look forward to seeing the finished product. Rating: 7/10

(Yes, I would have given it 8/10 but yeah, that door thing really ticked me off. Sorry.)

If you loved Born Into Fear than you'll probably really like this one too.
Really well optimized and no bugs in my play through. Average main mission but its clearly setting up for something bigger.
Really looking forward to the full game!

Atmosphere: 9/10 I really liked the look and sound of the station.

Main Story: 6/10 but the spirits' story? 10/10 would vibe to Cliff's song again. Jack's story was pretty average but I can see the full game expanding WAY more into what happened on the station, and at the end.

Gameplay: 8/10. 2 quick and pretty easy puzzles, 1 chase/stealth scene depending how you approach it. The rest is exploration and talking to NPCs as weird things start happening around you.

Horror: 7.5/10 I'd say the jumpscares were great and I really liked the creepy creatures. I just wish there was more of a threat in the station but I imagine that be saved for the full game.

Difficulty: Fairly Easy, but they give you everything to ensure you don't get stuck for too long.

Thoroughly enjoyed my play-through of this game! Followed and Wishlisted!

Pretty decent free prologue of a horror walking sim.

Good length for a demo, giving us a look into what this game could become. Exploration is a must, there's moments you can only find if you diverge from the main line for a moment. Looking forward to the full game, it will be a must play.
