Are there only caucasians in the Imperium of Man?
I've seen many sets of art for Warhammer 40k and played many of the Dawn of War games. However, I've never seen any other ethniticies other than caucasian individauls serve in the Imperium of Man. The Sisterhood of Battle, Space Marines, Imperial Guard, etc are all caucasian personnel. Even all of the Force Commanders shown in the Warhammer 40k games are caucasian. Are there any major figures of color in the Imperium of Man? Thanks in advance for your answers!

Most Imperial armies are inspired by European ones, a few draw inspiration from elsewhere. Not sure, but I think Tallarn (Imperial Guard) are middle-eastern of some kind.
But I think the general take is that in the far future, most humans are one "race", as Terra (Earth) is unified and different skin colours as such, have vanished and only a few early colonized planets from the Dark Age of Technology may have different traits like a bit of Asian or African in their blood.

The God Emperor (Born somewhere in Turkey)
Some Ultramarines

GW actually changed it so the Salamandars are pitch black. Not racially black, but pitch, burned, obsidian black due to the volcanic nature of their planet.

"The God Emperor (Born somewhere in Turkey)"

This confuses me, is he depicted as being a race other than caucasian? Because Turks are caucasian. (ethnic Turks that is, not everyone of Turkish nationality)

Which was a reaction to their genes when exposed to Nocturne's atmosphere.

There are a ton of different cultures and ethnic groups. Heck, there are mutants in this galaxy, so why wouldn't there be people with dark skin or somesuch? I believe one of the Remembrancers in Horus Rising, during the Great Crusade, was black. White Scars come from a mongolian-inspired world, the Thousand Sons' home planet was inspired by ancient egypt etc.

LOL, and you don't ask yourself why don't they try to live in peace with orks, tyranids, necrons and chaos cultists?

WH40K is a universe about endless desperate war, fanaticism and total hatred.
Space marines are fanatic superhumans who dedicate their lives to the extermination of non-humans and heretics. The Imperium is a whole bunch of fanatics, and you ask why don't they promote ethnical diversity... The problem is your question.

What would be the difference between a white fanatic superhuman alien exterminator and a black fanatic superhuman alien exterminator?
What will be the interest, except following the hypocrisy of american/western political correctness?

"OK, we are fanatics, we kill every xenos we encounter, but we have blacks and jews and arabs and asians with us so we are not racists" LOL
WH40K meets South Park.

The Emperor was born in Central Anatolia (Modern day Turkey).

Yes there are numerous "skin colors" in the Imperium. If I recall, Eisenhorn's lady pilot was black.

Hell the Salamanders are COAL BLACK with red eyes. Raven Guard are snow pale white.

saying "caucasian" and "middle eastern" and stuff is moot anyway. Terra is one unified planet, where there are no borders any more. It would be more politically correct to say "Martian" or "Colchisian" or whatever. When people are born all over an Imperium that spans the galaxy, the place where someone is born on earth is irrelevant.

I smell a troll in the OP.

The character Shiv from Colonel Schaeffer's Last Chances is very native american looking in both skin and attire. The Lexicanum says he is from the planet Lector Prime.

Not to mention the old tallarn desert raiders which sadly games workshop stopped properly producing a long time ago now like most of it's good stuff.

edit: Also there used to be an Imp Guard unit called rough riders (guys on horses with grenade tipped lances) that had a very 'arabic' feel.

Though I disagree with the constant lak of diversity in GW property, there is in this case a scientificly defensible reason. It takes 2000 years for the human body to change to adapt to its environment. This is visible with African-Americans with no non-african ansestors being significantly pailer then their ansestors, or with Brazilians of only Europeans decent having darker skin. Taking place 38000 years in the future, and given that most people in the Imperium live in Hive Worlds where teh sun doesn't shin, or on Ships where there is no sun, most people being pail, even much pailer then what we consider very pail would be understandible. Now as to why the bone structure is almost only European with little to no Asian or African skelital aprearences, that falls under "unfortinate implications".
