-last word should be dice, not die
-i think if the terminators will be moved in a fast way, more then the given CP can be used, correct me if i'm wrong

No, the word "dice" is plural. If you roll two, its two dice. but if you roll one, its one die. Using dice as singular has become popular, but grammatically speaking, its not the right word.
