well...the 700 teensies aren't that hard but the last rank and the 1 million lums are awful to get

When it offers new levels or a new game mode instead of just new skins.

You do not have to collect all the teensies to beat the game.
I recently 100% all teensies and diamond trophies for all worlds for Legends and Back to Origins, and it really wasn't all that much trouble...

its no trouble at all i think. i maybe play 1 map of each world twice to get 2 times gold. overall i think the game is way too easy, even the 8-bit world. i really miss the undead level of origins. it was tough and a really nice reward for 100% the game. but still, at least you do get something for that ;)
i remember games where you get nothing, or just an achievement called:
you got 100% and beat the game! now you should really get a life...

and the 1.000.000 lums skin is simply, so people keep playing the challenges...
