Black Screen

So, I start a new game. I watch the opening cutscene, than the screen is just black. I restart the game and load the game, black. This is on a fresh install of Windows 8.1. Nothing else really installed aside from drivers.

So yeah. A black screen. Happens in either windowed or full screen, any resolution. Any ideas? I feel like I should be asking for a refund. $40 down the drain.

Occasionly i get a crash that renders my pc useless and I need to hard reset. Other times my screen gets stuck, I switch to desktop and return to the game, only to find out that the game plays as normal, but with a black screen, so I cannot see what I am doing.

I have updated my drivers and installed all the required things, so far only Rayman Legends gives me these issues.

Anyone else has the same black screen/full crashes? It happens so random, I cannot figure out what triggers it.
