Exact same thing happening to me. Didn't have this problem with Origins. I can't seem to find any fixes for this either. There is nothing said about this on PcGamingWiki. :(
http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/791293-rayman-legends-crashes-at-launch-(windows-8-64-bit)/page4
It seems that there are two different issues with the game right now.
Issue 1: Cannot launch the game (insta-crash)
Issue 2: Can launch the game but cannot adjust the broken default resolution due the game crashing when you try to access the Options menu.
I will at least try the aforementioned fix and report back.
I cant even override the settings in the config.xml file. It just defaults back to the wierd resolution that is starts off with (and its stretched across the middle of my two monitors with only one side showing, the other side is just black)
I even made a support ticket with Ubisoft about this 3 days ago and I've still had no reply. Probably not going to buy a ubisoft game again until they get their act together. It's a shame because I wanted FC4 after having a flawless time with FC3/FC3BD. They know what to do, but just won't do it.
1. Start the registry editor. (hold widows key on the keyboard and press the "R" key. In the run window type "regedit".
2. Find and open HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Ubisoft>Rayman Legends>Settings.
3. Right click FullScreen and click Modify. Set Value data to 0 (it will make the game run in a window).
4. Modify ScreenHight and ScreenWidth values the same way to your liking. (I have set them to my desktop resolution so the game fill the whole screen).
Now you can play the game in a windows that covers your full screen. :)
That fixed the issue for me. I was also able to go into the options menu and enable the normal full screen. Works perfectly. I thought it was a driver issue, but it wasn't.

i already try to play in window screen, but still crashes when i try to enter the option menu..
help pleaseeeee
You could try turning one of your tft monitors off for playing the game. I currently play with a laptop, if I turn off the laptop screen via windows and only keep the second screen on, the game works without crashing.
