Can you try putting the game in Windowed mode, using the shortcut ALT + Enter and letting us know if the issue continues please?

Sorry to hear about your issue with the game crashing.
We'd need a bit more information to go off to help further than suggesting to try the steps found {連結已移除}here first of all, but for issues like this we really need to be able to look at your system files to help see what may be causing it.
Another good thing to try is to close Uplay, go to your cache folder in your Uplay directory and rename your cache folder to something like "cachebackup". Then see if you still have an issue.

I've tried both running full screen and windowed, and changed the resolution it runs at, all via the registry.

Basically my issue was with my machine and game was fixed by switching from DVI to DisplayPort cable. Was in contact with Ubisoft support as well but they had no idea and not blaming them as this fixed other games to me as well.

So I just dropped the game, maybe someday I'll try to solve this mistake again, but digging in support .. too difficult ..
