Why is NOT Rayman 3 on STEAM?!? Will be there new 3D Rayman or not?

This game was my childhood. Ubisoft add on STEAM almost all of their old great classics like Prince of Persia Trilogy or Beyond Good and Evil, but they probably forgot one of their the best game ever: Rayman 3.
Will be there new 3D Rayman or Ubisoft will stay on 2D like Origins and Legends? What do you think?

You can get it on GOG if that helps. If its anything like Rayman 2 on pc though, it'll have issues.

Rayman 2 was way better than Rayman 3. Still, all games should be on Steam.
