Ubisoft Connect requires activation code. Where do I get one?
How do I find my activation code?

Thank you for contacting us.

If your game has a CD Key, you can find it by right clicking the game in the Game Library.

That being said, often this message occurs if you are logging into a different Ubisoft Account than you first launched the game on. If you are aware of any other accounts you have used on this PC try logging into one of those accounts.

right click doesn't offer a cd key option.

it is not from a different ubisoft account. bought the game. created a new ubisoft account when prompted to log in. stuck on next screen asking for key.

I did. They were not able to resolve the license key issue and closed the case. They said that even though the case was closed they were still working on it. I'm guessing that isn't true.

Hey there,

Sorry to hear you are having this trouble and have had this experience.

Would it be possible to provide your case number so we can take a look.

If you haven't already I would advise to ensure that you are first logged into Ubisoft Connect using the Ubisoft account you have linked to steam, Then try launching the game from Steam and it should link automatically.

If you are still having trouble I would also advise to login to your Ubisoft account and check what Steam account you have linked https://account.ubisoft.com/.

Yes, we have tried those suggestions numerous times. Support wasn't able to sort the issue and closed the case assuing me that they would be forwarding the log files and would get back to me. There are a couple cases. One was 14639645.
