Employee Roles

So I set up an employee as a seller, but they do not appear to do anything, even when the store has plenty of customers browsing. Is this a bug or is the employee role for sales not set up yet? Thanks in advanced!

Employees only approach customers actively seeking help. They are not themselves pushing sales. It is a "manager" specific skill. :)

Yes, salespeople aren't worth the money if you're there yourself. You're much better off playing without them. I personally think they need some work.
