Yes, there are alternate costumes in the raffle you can clear out pretty early on (or use one of the premium tickets to pick the outfit). One of them is Inosuke without the boar head. I included a screenshot:

It takes 200 tokens to buy one of the tickets so you can pretty much get it right away if you wanted.
