Best way to achieve Pacifist on Counterfeit?

Hey guys. Me and a friend are trying to get Pacifist on Counterfeit. We usually do well in the beginning and up to the drilling/water part but at one point we just get overwhelmed from every direction and end up dying.

Do you guys have any strategy to suggest? We try to stick to the streets and stay in cover for most of the time while only one person does the objective. Any preferred spawns for the hose/power box? We're trying to 2-man it but I was wondering if 3-man or 4-man would be easier.

EDIT: We put our med bags on the corners. One by Mitchell's shed and the other by Wilsons house where the power box spawns every now and then.

4-man i found was the best solution. Survive as long as you can on stealth. One person gets the achivement per time. Meaning that the one who wants the achivement camps somewhere inside. The other three guys stick together. During this will mean that most of the cops will go for the three guys whereever they are. As long as the one getting the achivement stays unseen somewhere.

Then repeat if there are more people who wants the achivement :)

So if i'm going for the achievement I must make sure I don't kill anyone. Can my teammates do though? or we must make sure nobody kills anyone?

Just stay in a corner of the map the whole time if it gets hot go to a other corner drop a bag at every corner and let one guy do the objective

I have never done it myself, but I am pretty positive that the ENTIRE team has to go without killing anyone. Not a single officer can die throughout the entire match. This does not mean a single player can be passive and just let his 3 teammates kill officers.

(......which raises a few questions about how you managed to get it, if you did not know that...)

They have to make sure nobody kills anyone, including you. You must be alive if you are attempting to escape, otherwise if you are in custody while it's time to escape mission, you will not get the achievement. So be alive for that.

The wrong way is to try and sit in a bag while your team does all the objectives and killing, have someone use up your bag, ♥♥♥♥ around in the shelter while your team continues to do all the killing and objectives, and then kick them right before you hit the escape zone to try and cheat the achievement. Thankfully it doesn't work like that.
