Counterfeit and Undercover greyed out?
I cannot select either counterfeit or undercover heists, they are shown, but greyed out. Do I need to unlock them? and how would I do that?

They're a part of the Wolf Pack DLC.

You can still play the heists as long as you join someone who is playing those heists online. If you want to select or host those heists however, you need to buy the DLC.

Why aren't they marked as DLC like the other contracts? This can be confusing for some people.

If you're going to resurrect an old thread, then do it on the correct forums. Anyway, the latest PD2 update apparently removed the DLC tags from those maps, which is probably a mistake and if so, will be fixed in the next update.
