They happen at complete random, on any heist. The freezes last long enough for everyone else to disconnect if I'm hosting, or for me to disconnect if I'm a client.
Follow the steps listed under general
Set Payday as an exception in your antivirus
Disable any and all programs that may interfere with steam, especially ventrillo and teamspeak.
Delete the following files and reinstall directx as an administrator:
BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE MODIFYING FILES IN THESE DIRECTORIES
C:\Windows\system32\XINPUT1_3.dll
C:\Windows\syswow64\XINPUT1_3.dll
C:\Windows\system32\d3dx9_40.dll
C:\Windows\syswow64\d3dx9_40.dll

I would say you are 100% blind, cause I copied those from one thread above yours...one of 3 that are pinned and marked green...Or maybe you are looking for personalized solution. You know...the one and only that would fix the problem never seen before.
